Originally operated by K-Theatres Corporation when it opened in 1976. It was later taken over by United Artists and then Commonwealth Theatres. Closed in 1997. A Goodwill and Save-A-Lot currently occupy the theater (as of 12/02/14). The theatre also contained a video store.

Before United Artists bought him out, the theater was owned by K-Theatres, headed by Longmont local Dick Klein who also owned the Trojan Theatre (now Longmont Performing Arts Center), Plaza Theatre, Courtyard Four Theatres and Star Vu Drive-In in town.
First operated by K-Theatres Corporation, later by Commonwealth Theatres, and finally United Artists.
