The Star Drive-In was located on the north side of Ness City at the intersection of Highway 283 and 140 Road. It was opened in June 1955 when it was operated by Bernard Hoss.
Today, a business sits on the property with nothing left of the drive-in save for the general outline and the projection booth/snack bar that still stands in its original location.

A closer address is 14000 US-283, Ness City, KS.
Google Maps has updated their addresses and this puts it right where the screen used to be.
I was mistaken about the concession stand/projector booth. It appears to have been replaced by another building on the same foundation.
