Found it. The drive-in was located at what is now 1506 S Interstate 35. It appears to have been demolished some time before 1973. Today, a housing edition sits on the property with no trace of the drive-in left. https://goo.gl/maps/RoIIQ

Sounds like the King was long gone by this note in the May 9, 1960 issue of Boxoffice: “Dan McCarthy gave a glowing account to B&H Mfrs. Associates on the trampoline and Go-Kary center he has opened on the former King Drive-In Theatre site at San Marcos. He has called the center Bounceville.”

The 1973 aerial still shows the ramps, I’m guessing they just used them for the go-kart track. Traces of the ramps could be seen up to 1995.

Billboard, July 5, 1952: “Jerry Ebeirer has sold his King Drive-In, San Marcos, Tex., to Frank W. Zimmerman who operates all the other theaters in that town.”
