Hi David – We would very much like to add your photograph of the old drive-in to our Local Studies Collection at the Geraldton Library, with your permission. Please advise if OK? Best regards, Trudi Cornish (Coordinator Heritage Services – .gov.au)
Hi Trudic, the photo isn’t mine, but the newspaoer clippings are!!
Thanks David for getting back to us so promptly. It’s a great shot. We wanted to run it in our weekly Snapshots in Time column in the Geraldton Guardian as well as save the photo to our Collection. I have also just seen the photo on the Cinemaweb website attributing it to Joe Glass. Joe was an active patron of our Library so we will make sure he is acknowledged as the source.
