Nearby Theaters
Located at the corner of Wilson Street and Couper Street. The Kununoppin Drive-in opened on 18th February 1965 with Gordon Scott in “Tarzan’s Greatest Adventure” and Jerry Lewis in “The Bell Boy”. The drive-in was closed in 1983 and was dismantled with the site a vacant lot in 2023.

The Kununoppin Drive-in was opened by Mr George Cirnell MLA.
The site appears to be vacant, tree’s have taken over – some of the ramps can still be seen on google maps.
Built by a group of farmers(names unknown?). Operated by Jack Tilka(1965 to 1970’s).
Closed in 1983.
