Orfeo's Erben Kino

This luxurious cinema and restaurant combination is situated in the inner suburb of Bockenheim to the west of Frankfurt city centre. It was opened as Chapter Two, a 90-seat cinema & cafe in 1981. On 19th July 1985 it was re-named Orfeo Kino and the seating capacity was increased to 154. Since then alterations have been made and it has had a slight change of name and a reduced seating capacity. The name refers to Orpheus, the legendary poet, prophet and musician of ancient Greece.
