In the Wedding district of Berlin, the Schiller-Lichtspiele opened in 1912. It was modernised in 1951 to designs by architect Bruno Meltendorf and re-opened with 693 seats. It closed in 1981 and in April 1999 was in shop use (the entrance was at Fix Foto in my photograph). The building had been demolished by 2015.
