The Rex Theatre was opened by 1939 when it had 707 seats. It was listed as (Closed) in 1941 thru 1943. It seated 680 as listed in the Film Daily Yearbook of 1950. It was still open in 1955.

A picture in the entry for Rocky Ford’s Grand Theatre looks more like this building’s entrance.

No, you can see there are multiple arched entries on the original Grand in the old postcard views. This only has one arch, and much smaller.
