Oliver Springs Theatre

Located at the corner of Kingston Avenue and Winter Gap Road. This was originally built in 1915 as the Abston Building and was used as a garage. Over the years it served the community as a bus station, then a theatre in the 1930’s and 1940’s until the new Oliver Theatre was built and opened by 1950.

It then became a bowling alley, a church meeting location and a snack bar.

In 2015 the building was being remodelled into the Oliver Springs Historical Society Museum & Archives.
