The Tiffin Theatre was opened in 1913. It was designed by architect Adolph Proskauer of the Chicago based architectural firm Grossman & Proskauer. The Tiffin Theatre closed in 1922 and was immediately demolished.
A new larger Tiffin Theatre was built on the enlarged site (which has its own page on Cinema Treasures).

It was not immediately demolished, as it can be seen in this photo: http://cinematreasures.org/theaters/996/photos/98994
I remember Joe Ducibella telling me that both Tiffin Theater buildings were demolished at the same time, after the 1920’s Tiffin closed. I’d call that a reliable source. So it’s likely this one served several different purposes over the decades.
