This theatre was seen in an episode the tv series “The Amazing Race Australia”(2021 series, episode 3), while the competitors were competing in a dunny race challenge.
Some more notes about this historic theatre, it burned down in October 1938 but was quickly rebuilt and reopened in December that same year. The world premier of the Nick Cave film “The Proposition” (that was shot in locations close to Winton) was screened there in 2005 as well.
