I see a newspaper ad for the Majestic in April 1911. Fifteen cents admission for adults, 12 cents for children. (Las Vegas Age newspaper)
A May 1911 article in Las Vegas Age says: “The Majestic enjoys the decided advantage of being well above the dirt and dust of the street and being airy and well-ventilated. The high ceiling and numerous windows pouring in their flood of fresh air aided by electric fans makes the Majestic the coolest, the airiest resort possible for the summer months.”
The article further says that the theater regularly alternated between motion pictures and vaudeville.
According to the Google aerial photo in 2022, the theatre is demolished - the entire block is now the Neonopolis shopping center.
