The Sixteenth Street Drive-In opened in December 1958 at the corner of Sixteenth Street and Deakin Avenue. It closed in January 1979. The drive-in site was demolished(date unknown?). The site is now housing. one of the street names is Hoyts Drive.

The Sixteenth Street Drive-in opened in December 1958 and closed in January 1979.
The Suxteenth Drive-in is the one at the bottom of the photo. The other drive-in at the top of the photo is the Crossroads Drive-in.
The screen and Projection equipment and speaker equipment went to the Gayline Drive-in in Marangaroo, New South Wales, Australia.
All the streets on tne street have Hollywood names.
Opeated by Hoyts. Purchased by South Mildura Devolpment Corporation in January 1979 and cloesed permanently. Demolished(soon after?).
