Located on the southern side of Albany Highway just east of the intersection with South Western Highway. The Pioneer World Theme Park opened on 10th April 1981. The Golden Nugget Theatre opened on the same day. The Pioneer World Theme Park closed in 1999. The Golden Nugget Theatre opened as Rmax Cinema in(2003?), and closed in 2005 not long after the Grand Cinemas opened in Armadale. The building is still there in use as a church.

The Rmax Cinema(Golden Nugget building) is still there, it is the two story in the picture, now visible that some of the pioneer World buildings have been demolished!
I think the theatee building might be being used as part of the Heritage Country Motel?
The cinema building is now a pentecostal church.
