Bushalla’s Skating Rink(roller?) was opened in(1913?) by Nicholas Bushalla showing movies using a bio box from his house next door between the skating rink and the Duke of York Hotel. Name changed to Amusu Theatre in December 1923. The Amusu Theatre closed in September 1973.
The last part of the theatre was demolished in 1996, and became the site for a Fosseys store. The Fosseys store name changed to Target country in(2007?), which is still open. Nicholas Bushalla’s house may have been demolished? The Duke of York hotel is still there.

Nicholas Bushalla was the proprietor of the Duke of York as well. The Target country store is to the left of the two story building in the photo above(the name is on the top of the building in about the middle).
After closure(and before it was demolished) it was a secondhand store(Handi Plant?).
There was a open air picture gardens next to the skating rink(called Amusu) opening in 1910(operating in summer only), (possibly closed when the indoor Amusu Theatre opened?).
The Target Country store on this site now, closed in may 2021. The building might become a Best and less store or a Reject Shop?
The old Target Country store is now a florist(Narrogin Floral Studio).
