Located in the east inner city Melbourne district of Richmond. Originally opened in 1913 as the Crown Theatre. By 1946 it had been re-named Victoria Theatre and was operated by Victoria Theatres Property Ltd. By 1968 it was operated by S. Raft. It was re-named Valhalla Cinema (date unknown), and was closed in January 1988 when the operators transferred their business to the Westgarth Theatre.
The Valhalla Theatre was demolished in June 1988 following a fire in the empty building.
