Former Kearsley Theatre

The Kearsley Theatre opened in 1949. It featured slide back seats, a cry room and a parking lot that opened onto two streets. George Daly owned the theater most of its life.

It closed in 1965. After the theater closed it was later turned into Affairs to Remember and antique mall.

The Kearsley Theatre was designed by architect George J. Bachman, according to Boxoffice of December 10, 1949. The listing also noted that Bachman was part-owner of the theater with T. J. Daly.
