Built in 1916, the building became a Packard car dealership in the 1930’s. It was converted into the Lyric Theatre which opened in late-July 2016. The main auditorium has 200 seats, and is decorated with a barrel ceiling with a constellation of stars painted on it. Shoreline coastal scenes are painted on the side walls. Screen 2 has 23 seats and has painted panels on the side walls depicting local scenes. Screen 3 opened in summer of 2019 with 42 seats.
