Opened in 1957 and closed in August 1984. Name changed to Skyline Matraville Drive-in in 1971. Current use of site unknown?
I think the site is still there abandoned and overgrown?
May have been demolished(date unknown?) and may now being turned into a housing estate?
Opened in August 1958, and closed on 8/8/1984 with “The Exterminator”. The drive-in site was used in 1985 for filming the movie “Dead end Drive-in”. The drive-in was demolished shortly after filming finished.
Opened as Matraville Star Drive-in.
Its now townhouses.
Seen briefly in the documentary movie mentioning the movie being filmed there “Dead End Drive-in”.
