There is a park nearby called Gillam Park(or Gillam Reserve?).

The Drive-in’s equipment was auctioned off on 21st October 1986, except for the film projectors which were kept by BCC(Birch Carroll & Coyle). The tavern on the site now was recently remained The Grove.

Closed on 4th October 1986 with “Short circuit” and “The neverending story”.

Opened on 11th January 1960 for an invited audience with ‘Theres no business like business" and “Call north 777”. The official public opening was on 12th January 1960 screening the same movies.
