Metro Drive-In opened 28th June 1957. It was still a single screen in 1969, but was twinned on 13th July 1973. It was closed on 1st February 1997.

The site has been demolished, and is niw houses to the right of the Morphettville Bus Depot.
Opened on 28/6/1957 and closed on ½/1997.
Address is 188-214 Oaklands Road.closed on ½/1997. Demolished and land subdivived into 122 lots in 1998.
