The Great Oaks Drive-In was opened in 1958. It screen X-Rated adult movies. It was closed down by the police in 1981. The address is now Great Oaks Banquet Hall. The drive in itself is the empty lot northeast of the hall.

The Great Oaks appears to have launched in 1958 and – after more than 10 years of screening controversial X-rated fare – was closed first by police in 1981 and then the land owner.
Looks like it had DeVry projection and sound equipment.
