Mingenew Hall opened on 6th March 1959 on Victoria Road a little further north of the new Agricultural Hall. Movies screenings started in 1959, and ceased in the mid-1960’s when the Mingenew Drive-In opened. The hall is still there, and is now the Mingenew Town Hall, and Shire of Mingenew council offices.

Mingenew Hall is next to the Shire Hall(former Agrucultural Hall) on the right hand side. Address is 23 Victoria Street, Mingenew.
Correction – the Mingenew Hall was the original Mingenew Shire Offices, before moving next door to the Agrucultural Hall.
