The Bijou Theatre opened in 1902 as a live theatre. Movies were screened from(November 1906?) to (1918?). The theatre was renamed Theatre Royal in 1908. The theatre(possibly next door to the Broken Hill Hotel?) was blown down in a storm(date unknown?). Unknown was is there now(if anything?).
