Cobb Daytona Luxury Theatres 12 opened December 2, 2016, across the street from Daytona International Speedway. Included are reserved recliners, a full-service bar and Cobbster’s Kitchen, and party room.
Elkus Manfredi Architects designed the One Daytona Shopping, entertainment and lodging complex.

The Cobb 12 Luxury Theatres was designed by CTSM Architects, a firm based in the Birmingham suburb Hoover, Alabama. A collection of photos can be found on this page of the firm’s web site.
On November 26, 2022, Daytona Beach Police responded to a huge load of massive brawls and disturbances near the CMX’s building and at the parking lot. Around two people were taken into custody.
