The Palace Theatre in Penacook, N.H. appears to be a replacement for the Strand Theatre that burned down in February of 1923. Guessing by the trades, the 600-seat Palace Theatre operated from 1923 to at least 1954 when it reduced seat count to 350 in a transition to CinemaScope. Competition for a short period was from the silent era Wonderland Theatre which operated on Village Street from 1911 to 1927.

I see a Theatre Street in Concord, but none in Penacook, which is some distance north of Concord.
I tried to look this house up on cinemadata.org, but the site’s url returns only 404 “Not Found” errors. I hope it hasn’t vanished from the web forever. It has been a good source for information about New England theaters.
The location of the old theater in Penacook is 346 Village Street (which would have been considered the “Main” street) on Google Maps. You can still see remnants of what used to be the box office. The space was turned into apartments. Not sure if this is the theater being referred to here. The Penacook village is a suburb of Concord (it lies between the town of Boscawen and the city of Concord). There was a time when the Concord and Penacook names were used somewhat interchangeably, so that may be a source of confusion with addresses.
