This impressive, sizable Art-Moderne style theatre building in Marshall, Minnesota (Pop. 13,000) could fit easily into any major city scenario. It was opened on February 27, 1948 . It was still open in 1956, but had closed by 1957. It obviously must have made a major statement in downtown Marshall. Its manager, Jack Hiller, also managed the nearby State Theatre.
