Marion had the Strand Theatre and the Aerodome in the silent era. The Strand likely lacked air-conditioning The Aerodome appears to be the Airdom in 1909 and is either rebuilt or renamed as the Aerodome. It burned down in 1925 leading to an insurance lawsuit. The Kentucky Theatre would be the modern sound-era venue in Marion.
