In June 2026, headquarters of Synsam optician chain. Polar Studios was a recording studio (1978 - 2004), ABBA (Bjorn & Benny) and Polar Music built the studio, others who recorded here were Led Zeppelin, Genesis, Ramstein, Big Country, Adam Ant, Roxy Music, Celine Dion, Roxette, Backstreet Boys, Joan Armatrading and The Ramones. The studio was one of the first digital studios in the world (1981).
