Built in 1920 for the Sociedad Tipografica Bonaerense (as inscribed on the facade). It became the Follies Segundo and then the Cine San Juan Select. Last known as the Cine Gran San Juan. It has now reverted back to use as a cultural centre, with some live theatre use named Tipografico.
