Located in the southwest Floresta district of the city centre. The Teatro Pueyrredon was opened in 1911. By 1930 it had been re-named Palacio de la Alegria. It was rebuilt in an Art Deco style in 1933 to the plans of architect Alberto Edmundo Bourdon, who created a large cine-variety theatre.
The Cine-Teatro Pueyrredon was closed by 2010 and was ‘For Sale’. It is now in retail use.
