Located in Cupar, Fifeshire. Built in 1849 as a Boston UP Church, designed by architect J. Dick Peddie. It was converted into the La Scala Cinema in 1920. The projection box was beneath the balcony. By 1937 it was operated by the Thomas Ormiston circuit. By 1944 it was operated by the J.B. Milne Theatres chain and was equipped with a RCA sound system. The La Scala Cinema was still open in the early-1970’s. In 1976 it was converted into a bingo club, which closed in 1990. It has since been demolished.
