Located on the ground floor to fourth floor of the Chai Wan Winner Centre. The 502-seat five-screen Cinema City Chai Wan is internally rebuilt from the lobby and auditorium of the former Wing Wah Theatre which was closed in June 1994 (and has its own page on Cinema Treasures).

Four screens are on the former stalls section, while the other one is on the balcony. The theatre can shown 2D and 3D films, and is equipped with Dolby sound system. The cinema is managed by Cinema City.

The theatre opened to business in July 2017.

Its Chinese name is Cinema City 柴灣.

The theatre formally opened to business on 2nd August, 2017.
