The Gayline Drive-In was opened in late-1975. The screen, projection plant and speaker system was moved from the Mildura Drive-In which had closed the previous year. The Gayline Drive-In was given a 6-years licence. It was closed around 1984.

I think this might be the same Gayline Drive-in listed in Lithgow, New South Wales, Australia. Marrangaroo is a town just outside of Lithgow.
The Screen, projection plant, and speaker system came from Sixteeneth Street Drive-in at Mildura, Victoria, Australia.
Happy name!!
Closed in(1984?). Located near an army base(name unknown?).
Opened in october or november or december 1975 with “1941”. Located near the Marrangaroo Army Depot, 5 kilometres north of Lithgow. The drive-in was originally planned to be built on land behind the Lithgow RSL(Returned and Services League).
Approximate address is 129 Reserve Rd, Marrangaroo. The concession building looks like it still exists.
