The Hub Theatre was open by 1973 on N. Fraser Street, Georgetown, SC and was later twinned. For a time it was owned by Piedmont Theatres. The manager in 1973 was James Sessions. It closed in 1990.

Was the Hub Theatre in the building that now houses Anytime Fitness? That building looks like it could have been a theater or a church, or perhaps both in succession.
