Found It!

The drive-in was located about a ½ mile south of Milford Street & Locust Heights Drive, Clarksburg, WV.

The drive-in itself appears to be fully intact, including the screen. Although the projection booth/concession stand look a little worse for wear. The marquee is still standing as well.

2021 Streetview indicates that the sign has … sorta … been restored. I’ll try to get over there to snap a pic.

Looks like they repainted the marquee and took the top part that had the name “Skyline” off. Now “Skyline” appears under the arrow with “A1 Exterminating Co” on the sign below.

The land around the sign has been paved for a parking lot. And the bricks which hold a small garden under the sign appears to be restored.

Appears in the 1969 Francis Ford Coppola film “The Rain People”.
