Opened on June 30, 1908, this small theater closed in December 1967. The building housed retail businesses since closing. It was demolished between 2013-2023.

The Lyric is listed in the 1914-1915 American Motion Picture Directory. This web page has a scan of a December 14, 1967 newspaper article about the closing of the house, with two photos.
Will Batterson and H.P. Soule opened the Lyric Theatre as a movie house on June 30, 1908. It closed just shy of its 60th Anniversary in December of 1967
Per Google Streetview this was demolished sometime between 2013 and 2023.
