Located on Highway 55 about 2 miles northwest of town. The Don Juan Drive-In was opened by August 1953 by Mrs D. Earleen Weathers & Don Bryson. It was closed in the 1960’s.
In 2012 the concession building was still standing, but it had been demolished by 2014.

A closer address is TX-55 and Ranch Road 335, Barksdale, TX.
The drive-in sat about a half-mile northwest of the intersection on the north side of TX-55.
Today, you can still see the ramps and outline of the drive-in.
