Reel Drive-In

Located at 415-US-79. The Reel Drive-In opened on May 27, 1949 with Joel McCrea in “Four Faces West” when it was operated by Mrs. C.W. Matson. Closed in the early-1990’s and a Mexican restaurant now occupies the site.

The majority of the drive in property was a Wal-Mart. It closed when a Super Wal-Mart was built further down the highway.

wow i’ll take a Mexican restaurant over a wal-mart! well i would rather the drive-in still be opened but since it was closed and a wal-mart built i’m glad it closed. hope it was demolished!
