Guyana Cinemas

Guyana Cinemas opened July 2, 2015, on the second level of the Giftland Mall.
Operated by Caribbean Cinemas it has 8 screens, 1,100 seats, and is all 3D.

The Guyana Chronicle reported that on June 28, prior to opening, Prime Minister Moses Nagamootoo, with his wife and party, toured the new Giftland Mall and was shown a 3D movie.

Since English is the official language of Guyana most of its films are the mainstream American ones with a few popular Indian and Spanish language choices.
