The New Victoria Photo-Play House launched in Welder Building #2 which had been built in 1910 on April 6, 1912 as an airdome. Under new operators the next season, the relaunched as the Park Theatre on April 26, 1913. The venue ran photoplays during the summer season.
The movies stopped in 1918 with the venue used for live events including sports to 1920. The Franz Motor Company took over the Welder Building converting it to an auto dealership in 1921.
