The 1910 Sanborn shows a theater operating in a small 2-story brick building. It is the second building from the corner, with a bank to the north. This is presumably the Paris Saving Bank, which constructed a large building replacing the two smaller ones in 1914.

The bank building was constructed in 1914 according to the decorative tile on the front.
