The Electric Theatre was listed in the 1914-1915 edition of Amberican Motion Picture Directory. The 1915 Sanborn shows a theatre operating in a small one-story brick building. The building was built no later than 1896, and used as a furniture store until at least 1901. It has received a tacky wooden façade with a fake cabin look. It appears to either be vacant or a residence.
