Located in Clearlake Park and also listed as being in Clearlake Highlands. The Lake Drive-In was opened in June 1955 and was operated by Maurice Bouldin. It was still open in 1957.

Found It!
The address is 14400 Olympic Dr, Clearlake, CA. A 1956 aerial photo shows the drive-in operational, but by 1993 it was demolished.
Today, DaVita Clearlake Dialysis sits where the screen once stood. The rest of the property is an empty field where you can just make out the faintest hints of ramps.

Boxoffice, July 16, 1955: “CLEARLAKE HIGHLANDS, CALIF. – Mr. and Mrs. Maurice W. Bouldin, after closing their theatre at Lower Lake, opened the Lake Drive-In here, a new 315-car drive-in with a 40x80 screen.”
Boxoffice, April 21, 1956: “Mr. and Mrs. Harvey E. Sampson, owners of the Lower Lake Theatre, have purchased the Lake Drive-In Theatre at Clearlake Highlands from Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Bouldin, who erected and operated the outdoor theatre last summer.” (They opened in June 1955 and closed for the season in November.)
