Schulman’s Movie Bowl Grille

Schulman’s opened their third Texas location May 31, 2019. Included with the eight screens are 12 lanes of bowling, arcade, zip line, and rock wall.

Hodges Architecture was retained by Schulman’s to carry out the design, which includes Billy’s Grille offering a complete line of Texas comfort food and room for parties and events.

Schulman’s note their history began around 1910 when Abraham Schulman opened his first theatre in Houston. In 1926, with his son Morris, he purchased the Queen Theatre and Dixie Theatre and later opened the Palace Theatre. During the 1960’s they operated the Circle Drive-In and Skyway Drive-In. Today Mark Schulman is a fourth generation family member running the theatres.
