Located in the Dulsberg district to the north-east of the city centre. The Ufa Theater Dulsberg was opened in 1954. It was the first cinema building in Hamburg to be built after the end of World War II. In 1956 it was equipped with a CinemaScope screen which was 11 metres wide. The projector was a Zeiss Ikon Erneman X with a Zeiss Ikon Dominar soundprocessor and loudspeakers by Zeiss Icon Ikovox WD. It had a modern lobby with a lot of space and an illuminated fountain with flowers around Inside the auditorium the curtain was blue and there were 875 seats by Bahre at Springe. Outside the marquee had a neon sign on top.
It was closed in 1962 and was converted into a supermarket.
