The theatre opened on October 16, 1985. Auditorium capacity bases on Variety grosses posted in 1985.. Theatre 1 240, Theatre 2 250, Theatre 3 250 and Theatre 4 125. The theatre closed when the Landmark open.

This was a major theatre for art house films.
