Located at the corner of E. Oak Avenue and Boardwalk. The Prof. Lingerman’s Palace of Amusements was a nickelodeon theatre which was opened by March 1908. It was operated by Samuel H. Lingerman and offered 10 shows a day. It had closed by 1914. The Seaport Aquarium now stands on the site.
