Located in the Harburg district of Wilhelmsburg to the west of the city centre. The Filmburg Wilhelmsburg was opened in 1929 and was operated by Renziehausen, Kluck, Arneke & Wille. It was equipped for sound in 1932. The cinema was closed in 1941, possibly due to conditions during World War II.
It was re-opened in 1945. The seats were by Schroeder & Henzelmann. In 1957 a CinemaScope screen was added measuring 12.5 x 4.5 metres. The projectors were by Bauer B & B Stuttgart and the sound was by Elac.
The Filmburg Wilhelmsburg was closed in 1961.
