Located in the Altona district of Nienstedten in the west of the city. The Nienstedter Lichtspiele was opened in 1951 and was operated by Otto Rehr & L. Richter. The seats were by Stuessel.

The cinema closed in 1962 and was converted into a gymnasium & sports hall.
